Our project phases
Starting The Project
The initial stage begins with a meetup of the project team and the client who then talks over the project, drafts up reports, reviews studies, and brings up a final plan.
Schemat Phase
During this phase, clients' needs are assessed and strategic objectives are studied. Cost for designed construction is put forth by engineers with relation to identified scope. Clients' budget and priorities come into play here.
Design Development
In this crucial stage, all sorts of plans are crafted and technical specifications are outlined. The cost for construction is estimated. A design development review meeting is held to review the plans and the team finalizes the schedule and contract package.
Contract Bidding
Before bidding, based on approved designs, estimates of intended construction are outlined. The bidding process takes place after the contractors get briefed on the project. Bidding takes place.
Post Design Phase
We continue to get in touch with contractors and clients. The drawings and construction work procedures are reviewed by us. We conduct site inspections and analyze the growth.
